Where can I set up canned responses/where is the overview?

Hello, in our work items below, we have the option to create canned responses or add responses. There are also “shared” responses, i.e., responses that everyone can use. Is there an interface in the settings where these responses can be managed? I also asked Jira's AI, and it said in the project settings, but I can't find anything there.

So when you go into a work item, you already have this overview/settings screen, but is there another one in the settings?

Thank you for your question. The canned responses are managed directly in the comment section.

To modify/delete a canned response each agent can do directly in the comment section: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-or-delete-a-canned-response/

Hi Antonia, I'm pretty sure that there isn't any other section to manage them.
