Hello.
I'm trying to make a new request at the jira service desk and create a Confluence Article with the issue content.
Click on "Related knowledge base articles> create an article." There are "Troubleshooting" and "How-To" in the list of templates to choose from.
Where can I set the list of templates to choose from?
"Troubleshooting blueprint", "How-to blueprint" in "Confluence> Space Tools> Content Tools> Templates" is set to Disable, but in the list of templates you can select from "Related knowledge base articles> create an article." Troubleshooting", "How-To".
In "Related knowledge base articles> create an article." I want to select "User Created Templates" for confluence, but the template I created is not listed.
How can I do what I want?
Also, when making a confluence article, is it possible to automatically enter the description or comment of the issue as the article content?
Thank you for reading the question to the end.
please answer about my question.
