It looks like there is an App, but it only works in Server/Data Center, not Cloud - see this App: Tenable Plugin for Jira 

I'd recommend contacting the vendor to ask if they intend to create a Cloud version of their App in future!

Alternatively, depending on what you're looking to do you could look into:

• A middleware/automation app which can help link the two platforms together
• Utilising API calls to send data between the two platforms
• Export/Import data between the two platforms using CSV files, etc

Note: I know these options would work with Jira, but I'm not sure on the opposite end how to do this in Tenable. You'll need to do that research separately :)
