the example for details vanishing when ticket type is changed – PS 97. When the ticket is being changed from SR to Incident, details are being lost. On reverting back to SR, the details are also coming up again. Please check
I assume the field configuration for SR's and Incidents are different. They are using different fields, and are therefore not displayed.
Or the fields are not included on the sceens.
