Hello, I will sometimes receive forwards from other admins who need further assistance, and they will cc the original user with the issue. When I go to respond to the customer, is the system automatically replying to all? From what I can see, it appears to only be replying to the person who forwarded the email to me. I am using the email channel feature on Jira Service desk - cloud.

It will send a notification to: Reporter, Request Participants and Watchers. One exception, if you are using Organizations and an organization is shown under the Request Participants it does not send the notification to all customer in the org, just those that opt into being a participant.
