I am having and issue with moving tickets from one project to another. When this project admin goes to move a ticket to another project, no other projects are showing.
I am using the same permission schema on both projects and users (service desk members) in the other project helpdesk are able to complete moves as they should.
The current permissions for create issues and move issues are set with these groups:
Is there another setting I am missing? It seems like this could be project based rather than user based.

Can you provide a screen image of what the other user sees?
You mentioned service desk members. Are the source and destination projects both Service Management projects?
You mentioned permission schemes. Are they both Company Managed projects?
You said it is a "project admin" that is having the problem. Have you confirmed that person has been added to one of the groups/roles that has permissions in the destination project? Can you use the Permission Helper to confirm that the user having the problem has the Browse Projects and Create Issues permissions in the destination project?

Thank you so much for reaching out to help me with this. After reviewing your questions, looks like I was just missing the browse projects permission. I added that in and it became fully functional for our admin.
