When I want to follow-up an issue that someone else opened and enable the notifications I don't receive the notifications:
Isn't it supposed to be received by e-mail a notification about this issue when it is updated?

What did you do to indicate that you wanted to follow up an issue? Did you add yourself to the Request Participants? Did you add yourself to the Watchers?
Is the project a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the project.
Are you a Service Team Member/Agent for the project? Or an Administrator for the project? Or a Customer for the project?
There are configurations for notifications that will be sent internally and configurations for notifications that will be sent to Customers. The notifications you'll receive for a specific issue depend on how you have been associated to the issue and which events are occurring in the issue and how the notifications have been configured for that project.
I added myself to the watchers. It is already solved, seems that someone already set the notification on now
