When I put some color in the comment field it appears in code.

Hi Guys,

When I put some color in the comment field it shows the code, 2 months ago it was correct.

Is there a setting for this and has it been changed? My version of the JIRA server is 8.7.0. Can you help me?

Change the view type from text to visual on bottom left of the box

 

There are two ways to view comment 

  1. Visual
  2. Text

When Visual is selected, the styling will appear rendered

When text is selected, the styling will appear as text
