I have the next situation when I import an issue on my service desk management.
When I import my CVS file, all the information is upload in the detail of the issue (Image 1)
Normally, when I create the issue one by one, it appears like in the same image
So, what can I do when I import the issues to service desk management and appear like if I have do it using the option of "raise a request".

When you import to a JSM project it will import all your request as a task. So you would have to either change the issue type after the import is done, or set up your task issue type to use the same schemas as your "raise a request" issue type.

Yes.... I can do it... If I change the type request all the fields appear like if I have raised the ticket by the portal.
Other thing that I can see is that jira saved the method that I used to raised the ticket.
In an normal way. It say. ----- {My username} raised this request via Portal
Upload by import. it say.............{My username} raised this request via Jira
