Is there someway around this particular dilemna?

More than once and more than a couple of times, I think to add a participant to a ticket and want to do that so that they will see the comment that I am in the middle of writing. But when I go to add that participant, and specifically have not saved the comment because I want the new participant to get the email generated from that comment, then I LOSE MY COMMENT! Gone, zip, nothing in the comment field.

I would consider this a bug but if there is a design feature or a way around this could you please let me know.

Thank you.

Hi,

Adding a request participant will refresh the page in order to save the changes made to that field. Which is why you comment which is not saved will be removed. This is currently an expected behavior.
