Hi all, we have a few in our team who used to use Opsgenie on its own. We now have our instance consolidated and I want to learn the best practices in setting one up (asking them as little as possible). Such as who/where should close the alert. Whether the alert goes to JSM to create a ticket automatically. etc.
In particular I'm interested in best practices for the consolidated view. Cheers!

Since the Opsgenie moved inside the JSM, I think looking this question under two different perspective will be better. One is understanding the details of alerts and the other one is looking for best practices on several JSM projects.
