It is my understanding the Breached condition is per each specific SLA rule that you have configured.

Currently my team is exporting JIRA information into a local BD so we can use Tableau as a metric dashboard. Basically the metric we want to get is: How many tickets have breached their SLA?

My question here is there a way to know what SLA triggered the TRUE value for breached()?? And if a ticket has 2 values for breached(), what does it mean?

Can you provide how are your team is using to export the data from JSM as an input to your local DB? (Using JSM report dashboard or via JQL?)

We are using Database Exporter for Jira Cloud (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221074/database-exporter-for-jira-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud)

If you are using a third party add-on for the extraction, you will need to contact the vendor of the add-on for further technical assistance on this matter - https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/user/login?destination=portal%2F11
