What should we do when my site can't use OAuth 2.0?

Now we use Jira Software version 7.12.3 and I face issue about our project can not receive message from who send message directly to our email.

As I researched I found our version can not support OAuth 2.0 but we are not sure about we should upgrade or migrate project to Jira cloud version.

More Info:

- We are technical team that support customer on Project Type "Service Desk"

- We have 7 ~ 8 members

- We use this project for support customer who contact us via web browser and email directly.

Could advise me about this?

Thank you.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to upgrade to a supported version of Jira (although I'd recommend latest LTS of 9.4, not the lowest, as 8.14 goes out of support today!), or move to Cloud.

For an organisation your size, you should definitely be looking to Cloud - when Jira Server goes away in February 2024, you don't really want to be paying for the minimum 500 users on a DC replacement...

I have a question for you.

- If I choose Cloud, Do you have a feature to move my project from server to Cloud?
