We are currently using HP Service Manager and would like to migrate to JIRA SD.
I would like to what kind of flows in JIRA SD comes out of the box such as
1. Change Management
2. Incident Management
3. Problem Management
4. Service Request / Interaction

You would need to setup these processes in your Jira. There is Jira Service Desk, which will help you with Incident Management. All other processes you can setup yourself. That what we do now in our Jira.
