We have a platform developed by a third party, with multiple type of contributors : clients, partners, internal customers... I am looking for a collaborative tool where I can put all change requests to qualify and track them.
I need to make internal demo with a workflow model within 24 hours to onboard colleagues.
What is the best solution Atlassian has available for us :) ? Jira Service Desk or Jira Software any other ?

I would prefer JSD for that.
First, you only need licenses for the agents(the guys working on the backend), but everyone can create issues in the front end and see the status of their request.
Second, there is already a change workflow included that you can use (which is ITIL compliant)
