What is the RPO and RTO characteristics of JSM

Hi I have a customer asking about RPO and RTO characteristics of OG portion of JSM.

please advise where i can find this.

Hi Peter,

The documentation here lists RPO as 1 hour and RTO as 6 hours. Atlassian does offer some guaranteed uptime statistics for Premium and Enterprise plan of above 99%.
