I'm an Atlassian site and a Jira admin.
We have recently added JSM to our site and now users are asking to be assigned the 'Operations Admin' role.
Documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/work-with-operations-global-admin/ is confusing and I'm still not clear as to what do they really mean as 'operations' in our settings?
The practical question is: what settings on Atlassian site does the 'Operations admin' have an access to?
