What happens to projects when their creators leave?

New to JSM and about to create our first project (an IT service desk). What happens to the project if the user who created it has their account deleted? If I created the project, for example, and I leave this job and my user account is deleted, what happens to the project?

Is it better to create a generic account that is not tied to a user to create these projects?

If the user is deleted, the only thing that affects it is that in the "Responsible" it will appear as "Anonymous", an administrator can go and change the person responsible for the project, it does not affect anything if the user who created the project is deleted
