Also, which role do you have? Admin for your company? In charge of a service desk? Or an end user that regularly creates requests?
I am the Atlassian admin, so I configure the JSM for our users to tailor their needs. We do not use things like change management and incident management. What I can see is the most annoying is the connecting the external email account. As an alternative, yes we can create the Atlassian email which will tailor these requests.
