What are the impacts of deleting native/out-of-box custom fields?

In Jira/JSM Cloud, there are some fields that are listed as Custom Fields but are native/out-of-box, such as:

• Impact
• Operational categorization
• Product categorization
• Investigation reason

None of these fields have been used and there are no plans to use them.  Are there any impacts if we delete them?

Hi @Brian Mertens 

These field are mainly created based on the template chosen to setup a project. If you don't use them you can delete them from the system.

You could always create fields like this again.

Just make sure to check the context of the fields before deleting, it might that default values are set and that the fields are useed in automation or reporting.
