Hi @Peter Agostino,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

It depends on what you define as "manage all aspects" of JSM. Does it only include managing a specific project or the app itself? Are you using a company-managed project or team-managed one? Do you need to create new custom fields and work items? Do you only have JSM or do you also have Jira?

If you are using a company-managed JSM project you need app admin permissions in order to create new custom fields, and if you need to managed customer access then you need site admin permissions as well.

Thank you, @Mikael Sandberg, for the quick response. Yes, it is company managed, and I am looking to create and manage everything related to JSM projects, custom fields, work items, customer access, knowledgebase, emails, etc., I thought Site Admin was needed but I wanted to confirm. Thanks again!
