Why do I keep getting the Welcome to Service Desk page?  We have been using Service Desk for a couple months and this screen keeps appearing.  Others in my group do not have same issue.

Hi Robert,

In order to fix this issue, we will need to make some changes on our side and that includes to access your instance, so I've created a ticket with our support.
You will receive an email informing the ticket number and soon we will contact you.
I saw that you are a member of 4 different cloud instances, so if possible, add a comment in the ticket informing what is the URL that you are facing this issue.
