Welcome emails

Hi there,

We would like to send welcome emails to our customers. These emails will include information of how to use the Service Desk and a few steps of our process.

We want to manage and keep everything within JIRA so this will be really helpful tool.

Do you know any plugins that can do that?

How are you adding customers? There is a customer invited notification that you could edit and provide a link to a public url or you could consider using a KB article.
