Does SharePlus work with just Service Desk 4.18.1. We no longer utilize Jira Software
@Victoria Harpe I believe so since software and service desk both run on the same core product. You can always test it and see or email the vendor through their support here: https://bitbucket.org/kyona/shareplus/issues
