We had users that were disabled and re-enabled in Azure. they lost jira access.
The accounts are deactivated, and they will not allow us to reactivate the button is greyed out. We do not have SSO setup just connected to identity provider.
So, it appears we fixed our own issue.
If you login to the admin portal from the in private browser in edge or use google chrome
You would perform an admin sync.
All disabled users that are no longer disabled in azure sync thru and as long as they have access before it resolves the issue.
