Hi there,
It's been almost 1 week since we can’t receive email notifications from our all projects! Maybe there is an issue with server or idk really, but I can assure that it’s not from my side, here on the settings all seems to be functional. Mail server settings are correct and enabled but we don’t receive email notifications.
*Also I can’t receive test email to my email address from here Email template when I click on Send me a test email .
*Our customers cannot receive invitation email
I’ve also tried with multiple email addresses but same issue there is 0 email notifications from my all projects.
I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support for this one - contact them from here: https://support.atlassian.com/

I've already submitted a support request before like 4days and they still looking for a solution for my case. I published my question here for discover if someone had this problem before so I can resolve this quickly because it took longer that expected.
