I found similar questions here, but no working answer. In each project settings of our service desk projects (even new ones), hitting the widget field will result in:

This issue happens when the widget is not installed or it’s installed but there is a problem with the version.
I used an API (POST) in order to try to fix the issue and it returned 200, so now we need you to test again to check if the page will load.
If the same issue occurs, please open the developer tools on your browser and copy the error message that appears when you open the widget’s page.
After that, please ask your site administrator to create a ticket on support.atlassan.com with this information, so our support team can fix the issue. The ticket is necessary because we will need to deal with sensitive information and it can't be posted here in community.
