Hello,
This has me scratching my head.
We have a person, who when we go to add them to a team, it fails witht he error message:
We can add <person>
THey may not have access to teams in your organisation
This person has a Service desk role, via an Atlassian Group, which is populated with like for like others and those people can be added?
What does it mean you 'don't have access to teams???
Thanks
Mark
What I read on issue ID-8350
"all the errors relating to being unable to add members to teams is due to `browse users and groups` being false for the failing users.
Users need product access and relevant permissions configured correctly, with enough time for the cache to be updated.
Users without "browse user permissions" are denied access to the teams (and users) of the organisation in order to prevent that data to be leaked to users who should not see the other teams (and users) of the organisation.
The system appears to be working correctly and therefore this is not a bug"
If this is not the case in your issue, I would suggest to reach out to Atlassian Support
