We have some add-ons in cloud version for both Jira and Confluence. We see that add-on data is not migrated. Can someone help us with this.

That happens in some cases. You will need to work with the App vendor to see if they have a method to extract the data from their system and import it to your Data Center instance. Some have a method and some do not. Solutions Partners may be able to help, as well. We're a creative bunch and we can often find solutions to things like this.
