Hello, Have a good day We had a problem with the number of users in Jira and we increased the number to 9, but when Jira came back and we got access, 5 of the team members couldn't log in and the page kept refreshing and they couldn't access their pages, what should we do? Because they have a very urgent need and need to access their tasks quickly.

Have you tried logging in using different browsers, or incognito mode? 

I see that your site has JSM Free subscription active, but not Jira. I also see you have a billing ticket open with us, and we're trying to gather more information from you. Could you kindly respond there?
