Want to link tickets to knowledge base id

We get around 50% ticket of the same kind which often has same resolution/RCA steps. Can I create knowledge base containing unique ticket id or reference id which can be linked to tickets?

If you follow the documentation I have linked above the set up should be fine. Let me know how it goes though :)
