Want to buy License for Jira ServiceDesk and JiraCore in Service Desk

I my Jira Service Desk, I see two part to update License:

Part1: Update License for Jira Service Desk

Part2: Update License for Jira Core

My Jira Service Desk is using Data Center. How to buy License for 2 part:

- Part1: License for Service Desk 1.000 Agents

- Part2: License for Jira Core 20.000 User

Please help me. I want my Jira Service Desk and Jira Core is on 1 instance with diffent license as above (Note Jira Service Desk is using Data Center)

If I use 20.000 user for Jira Core (Server), how performance of System?
