Want to Integrate with Jira Service management and Tally ERP 9

We are trying to bi-integrate Jira Service management with Tally ERP 9. So how can achieve this? Please let me know.

From a quick research, Tally doesn't seem to have a direct integration with JSM. 

Now, it depends on what you'd like to use this integration for.

If it's JSM-related (ticketing and such), I'd go with classic REST API integration.
On the other hand, if you'd like to integrate Tally with Operations, navigate to Settings > Operations > Integrations and select API.

Again, this is the simplest approach, but both paths will require some customizations, I would say.

In any case, you should be able to build bidirectional integration.
