We are implementing JSM (premium license) and working on setting up Incident and Event Management in OpsGenie & JSM. The documentation page (https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/send-voice-and-sms-notifications/) indicates that OpsGenie can send Voice and SMS notifications. However, we've been told that Twilio numbers are required to set up these notifications when we are using OpsGenie with JSM.
Is there a way around using Twilio for phone and SMS notifications from OpsGenie with JSM?
