In Jira Service Desk, I want a user to see all the tickets (in the portal).
The tickets were not created as "private". In fact, the privacy of the ticket is not even established in the portal.
But nevertheless the users can not see. They can only see what they created.
Surely it is a matter of permissions, I do not know where to configure.
Could you help me.
Thank you very much.
Hi @mlanguasco,
By default, all tickets created in Service Desk are visible to only the ticket's reporter on the customer portal.
For tickets to be visible to other users, they need to be shared with individuals or an organisation. See Atlassian documentation for more info on:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
