My technical operations team is curious on utilizing Virtual Agent for automation for our help desk. I tasked myself with navigating this advancement, but after reviewing the Atlassian beginner guide. I am still having trouble access the virtual agent platform. I am an admin and I do have a decent idea of how to get started with building it, but cannot find out how to actually get to it. The options for virtual agent do not populate when I start a new project. Any guidance on what I am doing incorrectly?
