I have problem that virtual agent unable to give response to the end users even though the correct knowledge base title is shared, it fails to read the knowledge bases from the confluence space with pages have open access permission.
Did anyone found a way to use the Intents to map the knowledge base directly to it to make the virtual agent to provide the right response when engaged.
Is you Confluence space linked as KB to the JSM Project?
You can't use the VA directly to target a Confluence page.

Look at your intends and training questions, are they intuitive enough?
This depends on what users are providing as input to trigger the VA.

How to do you map the intents to the KB directly to get the response from the virtual agent, I have created Intents with training phrases but it doesnt work.

You can't, your intends/training phrases in your VA should line up with page titles or relevant information on pages in your KB.
