Hi, we want to use Virtual Agent with Google Channel.

It is there any API that we can use with Virtual Agent to create our custom Channel?

There is not API in relation to Virtual Agent.

Virtual Agent can currently only be used with Slack.

There is an open request in relation to Google Chat, see JSDCLOUD-13232
