View/download Jira/JSD attachments in MS-Teams
Hi all,
Does anyone know how to enable view/download Jira and Jira Service Desk attachments on Microsoft Teams? I'm able to connect Jira and MS-Teams, view and edit issues (limited fields for some reason). However, I am unable to see the existing attachments on the issues via Teams. Can anyone help? We plan to use Teams to connect two independent organizations who are working together on some files, and so need to be able to share or transfer certain attachments from JSD and Jira to the Teams folder.
