Validations in Jira Service Desk

How to Validate Email and Phone Number validations in Groovy Script for Jira Service Desk.

Here we are showing these 2 fields based on some custom field values, if we write in JSU Regular expression its validation even if these fields are not visible, as there is no precondition to check it. so looking for any script to validate.
