Using Variables in Canned Responses

Good morning

I have been using Canned Responses for a while now and I love the speed they add to responding to my customers. I primarily use the {{issueReporter}} Variable but I recently got to thinking - how do I make it so it will @Tag them aswell please?

Unfortunate you can't, not in caned responses.

I would raise it as an issue at Atlassian, see if this is possible to implement

You can mention participants in a external comment, but not requesters (customers) directly.
