Using Insight - creating a HR database

Hi All,

We are looking at creating an HR database using Insight.  I have imported all the users and all of that is working.  Now going forward how do we add users without going through the whole import\csv file.  Do I need to create some kind of front end\Jira interface for this?

Hi @Tim Turay - The best approach would be setting up an integration leveraging the Insight API:

The only other way around constant csv imports would be manual entry.

Thanks Mark!  I had a feeling this is where it was heading to.  I can't have HR staff manually going into the database to add a user.
