Hello, i have a problem with my servicesdesk because i need that the users can to create a ticket without a register. It's possible?

Hi @Lautaro Agustin Bustos welcome to the community.  Yes, you can allow your users access to the portal without an account.  You can change those settings in your JSM Project Settings.
