User picker custom field's user filtering feature is not working in Jira Cloud by Atlassian app

Hi,

Tried to assign an issue to an agent but in mobile app, it's showing all users while web version getting just group that i filtered before. Is there any workaround for that or is it a bug that we have to wait?

@M Avgan Did you ever find a solution? We are experiencing the same issue and I did not even find a related bug. Maybe we are doing something wrong in the configuration?
