Hello, I am an admin and it has been brought to my attention that a user is unable to receive notifications. I have confirmed through notification helper that they are able to receive notifications for ticket and I have also confirmed that their email is correct in both AD and on Jira.
Does anyone have any ideas in how I may fix this?

Have you asked the user to check the personal settings configuration for the email

Are other users also facing the same issue?
Then you should check with the notification scheme

If everything is correct, raise a Atlassian support ticket to troubleshoot the issue
