User (customer) created from email in Service Desk become also part of Jira Software, how avoid this? there is no way to prevent that
User become registered as customer, but with taht he have automatically set in
Application access: Jira Software
this give him possibility see Jira Software projects and not have access to portal.

could you check to which groups the user has been added & if one of these groups as application access to Jira Software.

yes, it is jira-software-users - group which counted as license for Jira Software.

Application access jira-servicedesk-users is default.
User is customer, he registering him by sending email to service portal email. When he login he become in cusotmers and also in jira-software-users - group, what give him chance freely walk in Software application.
If open user in User management he have in place of application and group to checkboxes and the one with "Jira Software" checked in.
