User count limitation in Cloud version.

Vladimir Chebanenko

Dear Everyone!

Please, help me to understand this situation. I found information, that currently, user count on Atlassian Cloud is limited to 5,000 users. What users exactly do you mean in this case? Agents Only? Or, probably you also mean somebody, who create an external request in the Jira Service Desk. What I mean by this is that customers, who create a request in Jira Help Center, without an account (or with it) is it also Jira users or not?

Please, provide a clear explanation to me. Appreciate your help and attention.

Hello @Vladimir Chebanenko

I can confirm that clients using the Jira Service Desk portal do NOT count against your user level on Cloud.

Only Agents will make your number of users go up for licensing.

Let me know if you have any questions,
