I need your support I am not able to add the user to the user account for the guest getting the error (Mohit.Bhutani@bain.com) I am not sending an invite to that user kindly let me on it to fix this issue Regards,

Are you trying to invite a user to the customer role (ie portal use only) or invite a user to the agent role (ie be able to assign and work on tickets?)

Screenshots are always good to have in order to circle in the problem.
