Hello,

Our contract with atlassian has been over and they deactivated account. Now I should buy again and activate account. How do I make it?

Additionally, we don't have username account. (don't know username and password) How can I get this account?

Actually, I wanted to notice it to technical support and there was no any button to send (I can selected problem but I can't send it them to get technical support)

When was the subscription deactivated?

Were you paying for the subscription or using the free subscription?

Atlassian will permanently delete the data in a deactivated subscription after a period of time. The period of time depends on whether you were using a free subscription or paying for your subscription. The time period may be as short as 15 days or as long as 60 days.

If that period of time has expired then you will have to sign up for a new subscription which will not include the data from your previous subscription.

To find out if your previous subscription can be reactivated and the data restored contact Atlassian Licensing, Billing, and Purchasing Support by completing the form in this page:
