Hi @Joseph Adedoyin

You want to block customer to create request on your customer portal ?

You can remove create issue permission for "Service Space Customer - Portal Access"

Hi @Joseph Adedoyin , welcome to the Community! In addition to @Florian Bonniec  and @Marc -Devoteam- comments, you can also Deactivate that customer if you don't want them to access anything in the system. When you Deactivate a person, any tickets they were on will still show their name (for example, "Joseph Adedoyin" as Reporter, Request Participant, or other user-picker field) and so you retain that history. If you delete that person from JSM, their name will be replaced with "Deleted user" (which would be confusing if you deleted more than one user from the system).

Good luck!
